Daddy/daughter moments

Here is Sophie dressed up for the skins game, which happened to fall on Asher's bday party, which also happened to fall on the weekend that JMU beat Tech!!! Go Dukes!!!

Go Skins!!! (That's for you Eric & SB!)

Love capturing these moments on film. Especially the daddy/daughter ones!!

One of the pictures I treasure the MOST of any picture ever taken is this one where my daddy is making me laugh.

There is something SO special about a dad connecting with his little girl!! I treasure you, dadeo! I know Sophie will grow up to feel the same about her daddy!

Sophie at 11 wks

Sophie at 11 wks:

This girl has so many expressions. She makes me laugh.

Asher turns one!

My youngest nephew just turned one!! He's such a cutie pie. He's crawling all over the place and has those adorable chunky arms and legs. And his hair is starting to get curly in the back!! I love him so!!Asher enjoying his bday cake

Asher: "You've GOT to be kidding me! That's it?!"
(Looking discontentedly at his empty plate)

Just FYI, Sophie turned 3 months as Asher turned 1 yr!

Llamas and Tigers and Ostriches- Oh My!!

So for a long time, Brian and I have wanted to go to Safari Park and see all the animals. Just a warning, if you tour it in your own car, be prepared to get really messy. I think I would opt for the wagon ride next time. We ventured there with Sophie and Chase in the backseat (of course we didn't lower their windows for fear that the animals might bite them). But I think Chase still enjoyed seeing the "aaamals."

The giraffe was just gorgeous!

Chase riding a daddy tortoise and Sophie riding a mama tortoise-hehe

Who knew kangas were so hunch-backed?

Cutest specimen of them all

Chase: "Dat Mooose!"

Brian and I thought this camel was especially cute.

Brian proceeded to make fun of my dislike for the scary beady-eyed ostriches until.... one attacked his food bucket and he dumped animal feed ALL OVER our car! Who's scared NOW, Brian?!

Kinda cute if you can see past his pointy horns.

Just beautiful --but made me cringe a little thinking of "Life of Pi."

what a cute guy

Llama crossing- this one is for you Dawn Bonker!

Are we in India or something?

Llama face!! That's for you Catherine!!

And this little piggy went wee-wee-wee all the way home!

What a cute boy have I!

I had to post these b/c these show you just how cute my boy is these days. Doesn't he look like a little fraternity brother? (in the good sense, of course, with Brian's hat and his little striped shirt, khaki's and shaggy hair)
